UWICER has been informed that the school’s winter vacation starts from 17 December 2018 to 3^rd February 2019. During this period, some schools would like to turn off the internet connectivity for safety reasons. However, they have ensured that the logger will be on and data logging will continue without interruption. As the status of weather station can’t be monitored remotely, they have been informed to regularly monitor and ensure that the station is up and logging.

Due to cold weather, the weather station is most likely to drain off the power more rapidly. Schools are requested to fully charge their weather station to ensure interrupted logging of data.
